Package contains: TCSplin f77 code with a short manual, precompiled w32
version (tested under Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP), as well as IDL &
Gnuplot scripts for easy visualization of results. Note that in order
to compile the program you will need to use several subroutines from
the Numerical Recipes (see Requirements).
- Fortran 77 compiler (probably any will do!)
